why can't I see Twilight

Ask him why he does not want you to read that book or see that movie, besides the fact that he thinks its evil. Tell him some good points on why you would like to read the book. Well, I’m also 13 and not a fan for Twilight but I agree that his opinion for it shouldn’t matter. I also agree that rules are rules so you have to follow them (3 cheers for following them) but back to your question, I think he’s being overprotective and I know, It sucks. My parents get overprotective a lot too.

Just tell him that it’s only fiction! There are no such things as vampires. Your parent’s sound a little…strange…sorry but they do. Being adults they should know that it’s just a fictional book? Nothing evil. Just a made up story.

Bella meets a vampire dude at school and they fall in love and they go through a bunch of crap and a bunch of vampires want to kill Bella and… hmmmm. It’s not that interesting. I think Bella and Edward have sex in the last one (I think that’s what your parents are talking about) Other than the things I just said, it’s not really that interesting. Oh yeah… Edward sparkles.
