Why am I sooo scared of spiders and needles?

Well I’m only and truly scared of spiders and needles. Whenever I see a spider I scream and freak out, I don’t try to I just do. I’v tried not to but it doesn’t work. And when ever I see a needle I get sooo nervous. I really want it to stop but I don’t know how to. Please give me some tips?

a lot of people are scared of needles. just the fact that it punctures your skin…scary. but you must understand if its a needle for the doctors its only for your health witch is important. plus its quick usually. and spiders…they have eight eyes and legs. but they cant possibly hurt you unless its a black widow or a poisonus turantulas so dont be scared unless you run into one of those. :)

Well, it is possible that you have a phobia for spiders and needles. If you visit the doctor and tell them what’s been going on, I am sure that they could help you with your fears. Maybe prescrib some medicine to make it better for you.
