Why am I so bored with my boyfriend??

Me and my boyfriend have been going out for about 4 months now. I broke up with my previous boyfriend for my boyfriend now. But problem is, now I’m becoming bored with him. He really loves me and would die if he lost me. I love him too, but the spark that used to be there just kinda dissappeared. I’m so confused and I don’t know what to do. Please help me!

Can I be blunt? (It doesn’t matter what you say – I will be anyway.) Your question sounds very immature and shallow. Loving someone is not about having a “spark” all the time. After you are with someone for a while, it’s not all about being “excited” all the time. It’s about being comfortable and happy with each other, about trusting each other and just wanting to be together. There may be new things that you and he can try doing together (and no, I’m not just talking about sex) so you can share new experiences.

You admit that you left a prior relationship just because you wanted someone new. And now you have a great guy, who sounds like he loves you, and you sound like you’re ready to leave him just because you want something new. If you continue this, you may never have someone steady.
