I don't whether its because he's shy or whether hes not intrested in me
I know how you feel. My fiance is boring too. If hes shy, just try some different things to help him to open up. If he isnt interested, hopefully he isnt too shy that he isnt telling you cause there really isnt any point in being with someone you dont like. Its easier said than done because you never know whats going to come from it, but just ask him. Just ask him whats wrong or something along those lines. If he answers back like, "what do you mean?" or "what are you talking about?" just tell him he never seems like he wants to do anything or whatever the problem is with him being boring. If you guys havent been together long it may have to do with interests. Find out the things you guys have in common and try doing more together or both try doing something the other likes that the other hasnt really ever done before. Maybe get a new hobby out of it. Theres a lot you can do. Just ask him whats up though and if somethings wrong. He might just be one of those quiet types who like to sit there in silence and make things awkward.
