why am I always so scared,when its ussually nothing?

am always nervous or scared ,me and my mom dont get along but when shes just out to get cigerettes or get milk or somthing and she takes an hour I always think shes hurt or got in a crash, and somtimes when im home alone or my mom is sleeping I somtimes feel like im being watched, it gets to the point to somtimes I lock my door, and grab my cel in case I needa call 911 or just now I heard a noise and im nervous someones hunna brke in or somthing, and I don’t know why I used to love being by myself now latly I’ve been acting this way

you could be scared all of a sudden if something bad happened not to long ago. you might have to be around people until you can overcome your fears. in the meantime try to avoid being alone and put scary movies on hold. think positive not negative thoughts. it will slowly go away.

I listen yo slow music or watch a funny movie in bed and it usally puts me to sleep and helps me forget about bad things and keeps me from hearing things that really arnt there. You could also try a nightlight I still use one sometimes :)

you just need to relax, it all in your head, its good to lock your door and make sure your mom is ok but just try to relax there sometime when I get like you but its nothing, and at night about beng watch I think everyone feels like that once in a while specialy after watching a horror movie..

You should really try talking to her, and letting her know, that you would like things to change, also, let her know how you have been feeling these past couple of nights, and maybe she will see there could be something wrong. You could just have some anxiety. Hopefully things will work out for you. Try taking some yoga classes with your mom. It really helps you calm down, that way when you get scared again, you can just do yoga.

it’s usually in your mind.. but I have the same problem too sometimes. one time I heard a nioce and dialed 911 (but didn’t press send) and saw that it was my dog. haha, I felt like an idiot. but just try to keep your mind off of it, like read a book, what a funny movie, call a friend if you’re scared. just try to get your mind off of it, or wake your mom up if you really think someone is in your house..

we all have dat kind of thots at some point. bt if your problem persists u must visit a doctor. i m sry 2 say bt dats nt vry nrmal. u can also meditate to calm yourslf. it would b beter 2 tak 2 a close family membr or frnd at first
