Who watched Resident Evil Apocalypse and Extinction and cn help me?

The other day Resident Evil- Apocalypse was on, so I watched it since it was after the movie I had been watching before. After Resident Evil- Apocalypse ended they showed the one that comes after that-R.E.-Extinction. At first this did not freak me out, but now I’m so scared to leave my room at night and I’ve started to get really paranoid.Even during the day.Can anyone please help who has seen the movies??

I guess it would be the thought of zombies and maybe some parts of the movies… I’ve never seen the diary of the dead.

its the thought of a zombie that scares you or just the resident evil films?

are you ok to watch something like diary of teh dead?

I know that there is no such thing and all that but it still freaks me out. I get panic attacks and this doesn’t help, don’t get me wrong I love the movies but theres just something about it that makes me paranoid. and I’ve always been paranoid anyway.

hha what do you want me to help you with? the idea of zombies? dude theres been zombie movies since the 50s, and you havent seen any walkin around have you? theres nothin to be afraid of man its just a movie. theres no umbrella corp, no zombies or mutated things runnin around.
