Who...Did I make the right choice?

Okay, I recently broke up w/ my boyfriend because my friend who went out w/ him said that when they were making out, he “drowned her in spit and choked her w/ his tongue”. After hearing this I had no intintion of making out with him so I broke up w/ him so that I wouldn’t be leading him on. Did I do the right thing?

It sounds like your friend was jealous, I mean that is a very common story girls will tell others. I mean its in the movie “she’s the man” for crying out load. now my guess is that you did the right thing because she was probably hurt about you dating him. I would suggest talking to her and straightening it out. Friendships are really important an if she still had feelings for this guy then it probably felt like you were stabbing her in the back or something (don’t feel guilty if thats the case, because its a simple thing to over look and happens all the time)

if you to get on a comfortable stand point then maybe you can start dating the guy again. You know she might actually have said that to protect you from him as well, its common for friends to lie about things like that so that their friends don’t have to go through the same type of experience they did( manipulation, sexual abuse, ect) I just thought about that. anyways sorry for writing so much, but I hope it helps some :D

well… it could be that your frien still has feelings towards your ex and she probobly said that because she was jelous, O would probobly have talked to him first so I could see if it was true because you can;t make desitions or believe everything because of what everybody elses said.

well depends does your friend like him a lot or what cause I’ve learned in the past few years that there is noone that you can really depend on in life anymore no matter how close you think you both r!!! I guess what I’m trying to say is that your friend could have been liein to you so that you would break up with him… my opion you should have made out with him just to see if she was right and if she was and you didn’t like it then (probely wouldn’t) then you should have broke up with him…
