Who can help me become emancipated and how im only 13??

My mom gets drunk a lot and is depressed,my dads a drug addict and is like a lil’ puppet for my mom!they scream at me for going to my boyfriends/friends. P.s my siters dating my boyfreinds dad whoes married and I hinted the wife so they al blame it on my my biological fam. And my boyfriend’s dad,the wife doesnt know I knew all about it from the beging or I hinted to her thinks I figuered out when she did,I have no friends beside the people at my boyfriend’s house cause I am new to the school I have no one to vent to and I need help plzzz!!

You have no chance of getting emancipated, but you can be put into foster care if your parents are found to be unfit.

Im pretty sure you have to be atleast 16 to emancipate soo that probably wont be an option unfortunately. maybe you could go live with a friend or some other family member that you trust to get you away from your parents even if its just for awhile.

What can help is to get someone on your side. Go to your school counseler, ask if there might be some place you can help out after school and weekends. That gets you out of the house and around DIFFERENT! people. Also, when the #!*& hits the fan at your house, you have some connection with your counseler and she will listen to you. Things won’t get better at your house, but you can help yourself become better than those other people. I believe in you.
