Who cam tell me why I'm doin this??
Hey, I’ve been having some sleeping problems for a long time now.. It’s not like falling asleep or staying asleep. It seems like I can’t convince myself to go to sleep. I know it sounds weird.. But I just wanna stay up for no good reason, even though I’m exhausted.. It’s like I can’t control the decision of going to sleep or staying awake. Usually I’ll be doing something when I decide to stay up, but then there’s times I’m not doing anything and I just decide to stay up and eventually find something else to do. I’m really confused… Can you help?
I have the same problem, for me it’s almost like a fear of sleep. In general it’s nothing to worry about. I would suggest excersizig more so that when it’s time to go to bed your body will be exhausted. Ad just keep forcing yourself to go to bed untill you get back into your rythem. However, if it gets to the point where you fear something else might be wrong it might be wise to cotact your family docter.
no dont take pills you need to talk to a Dr about it then if they give you pills then yes take them but talk to a Dr 1st they can help
try taking some sleep pills they will knock you the F* out lol!!!(preferably melatonin it works really well in my family ;))
ok well I googled and I found a site with the same questions. apparently it’s alittle like insomnia. and it can actualy have something to do with psychological state. like if your missing someone and wish they were there or if you’re worrying about a whole bunch of things! It said the best thing to do is lay in bed and destress yourself or not think about whats bothering you.

this sounds like a disorder to me (TO ME!!!) but yeah im no expert so definetly consult to your doctor about this. The reason I say this is a disorder is because your appear to be having an arguement between your mind and your body (your mind wants to stay awake whereas your body wants 2 rest). so yeah lol but definetly consult your docter
