How do I use this White Magic Bleaching Cream?

I found this “White Magic gentle conditioning perfectly stabilized 40-volume creme colour developer” it says on the directions to use it in the same manner as regular 40-volume liquid peroxide. then it tells me how to store it. do i use it as just a bleaching hair dye? or what x3 and it will make my hair whiter or actually white? my hair is 3 tone blonde. my roots are dirty blonde, then its lightblonde, to a orangy color from my hair being red to my previous dye

Answer #3

I don’t really think I understand the question, but I’ll try to answer. When you bleach your hair you can use a creme developer, which is a lot better for your hair, or a liquid developer. You use them both in the same manner though. You just have to mix is with the bleach powder and it will lighten your hair. I don’t think it will make it white, you’d probably have to use some type of toner for that. It will just lighten it dramatically.
