I was just wondering whether its better for you to bike a few miles or walk a few miles?
Both are awesome for you. You can't really say that one is better than the other, because they work different muscles. Also biking is more of a cardio workout than walking, but walking generally exercises more different muscles (like, all of them). A combination of walking and biking is the best for a workout. Better for what?
Biking is less damaging to your ankles, knees, hips, and back. Can cover greater distances. Also biking is more likely to give you a cardio workout.
Walking is probably more likely to give you a fat burning work out.
