Where is Christmas celebrated in a best way?

I like the way France celebrates it. They celebrate Christmas (or Noel) in the same way we claim to celebrate it- spending time with family.

I heard they either exchange only two gifts, or only give gifts to the children. I forget which, though.

I think each country has their own choice. I live in America and I like going to church on Christmas eve and then being w/family and enjoying the reason why we are celebrating this favorite holiday.
