In most USA places, your allowed to get a piercing if your under 18… but you have to have a parent/legal guardian there with you to sign forms/agree to everything. The person who bring with you CAN’T be an older friend, sibbling, other relative, or another person you know - it HAS to be a LEGAL parent/guardian.

if you live in georgia you can get urlips peirxced in georgia at claiers in the mall with a parent or with out

unless the place is unprofesional, no profesional can pierce a kid under the age of 16 unless you have parental consent meaning you need to bring a parent with I.D. to proove there your parent and to sign a consent form
