When should I walk, morning or night?

I’m trying to loose weight And I want to know when is it the best time to walk on the treadmil? In the morring before breakfast??? Or after. Does it make a differents?

When do you work out harder, if you can run for 10 minutes longer at night and put more effort into it, then at night. The problem with aerobic exercise in the morning is that your body is in a catabolic state, in which it is trying to save your fat and burn the energy stored as muscle tissue. If you are going to work out in the morning, eat something with protein in it before you go out just to get your body out of the catabolic state. But it is proven that about 2 hours before bed is the most neurologically active part of the day. So about 1 hour after you eat dinner I think is the best time. Another problem people have is that they eat more throughout the day when they know they already worked out. I work out at night because I have all the energy from a day of eating, after my work out, I have burned up my dinner, I take a glutamine (amino acid) supplement to keep from becoming catabolic all night, and I let my body burn fat while I sleep since I don’t have food to digest. This way I don’t feel hungry through the day. If you eat the same amount of food on day A as on day B. On day A you walk in the morning with low energy you burn 200 calories and on day B you walk at night with higher energy and burn 400 calories, which day did you burn more fat? At the end of it all, it’s still thermodynamics, Energy out - energy in = energy from fat. Good luck

also try to pick the safest time as both early morning and night can be dangerouse when your on your own other than that in the morning before you eat is when you burn the most calories unless tyou really working hard or working up a sweat, then youll need to eat before you go

You can walk in the morning to get your metabolism going good for the day - and after dinner a nice stroll wouldn’t hurt! I love walking in the morning and at the end of the day! It takes the edge off the day and helps you sleep better too…

u might faint if you dont eat! have yogurt of something small at least so you have energy. because I’ve mowed the lawn in the morning befor I ate and it was hot and I blocked out!

I would do it before you do anything.. actually I would try running in the morning instead-and not eat anything, that way you burn fat instead of the food.

if you walk in the morning, it gets your metabalism going. just eat a little something before you walk so that your body has something to burn. you should lose more weight this way. :)
