I am 13 years old I am like 160 something and I now I am fat but I wanna lose body fat and l want to lose hips I have big hips?
ok, big hips are normal. please dont complain, because they WILL get bigger. trust me.
anyways, PLEASE do NOT skip breakfast! scientific results show that by eating a healthy breakfast, you can loose weight quickly.
TIP: THEY MAKE COMPLETLY SUGARLESS GUM (AS IN NO SUGAR!!!) AND IT HELPS you NOT BE SO HUNGRY, SO you EAT LESS BUT STILL FEEL FULL.
oh and please be logical: you could faint while running if you dont eat breakast. eat breakfast around 6 in the morning (on weekends) (and remember, if you want to loose weight, you have to work for it, and yes, I said 6 in the morning on weekends), then start running at 7. dont eat anything in between. then eat some gum, or a snack after you run, and drink plenty of water.
on weekdays, when you have school, (lets say school starts at 7:45 to 8) wake up and eat breakfast at 5 to 5:30 then wait until 6 and go run for an hour. then come back home, take a quick shower, get dressed, ect.

ok girls your age will have big hips thats not to worry about ,its a part of growing up .Dont stop eating , you just need to find things that are just as tasty but healthier . Try weatabix in the morning or special K . Never ever skip your breakfast and then go do something enegetic . you need that meal in the morning other wise if you go jogging with out having break fast there is a chance you could faint.Drinking water is good aswell :) if this advice helped you hun please let me no , thanks
You deffinately DO NOT want to skip breakfast and run.
When you don't have breakfast, you grow more and more hungry during the day.
So the next time you get food you'll over eat, since you're starving.
Have a light healthy breakfast, and it won't hurt you at all,
in fact, it'll help !
