We were in this old fashioned super market for some reason that I'm still unsure about. This old woman told my sister who is pregnant with identical twin girls to practice pushing. Will it effect her or the babies? Will it put her in pre-term labor? Please help!!!
Why would your sister take random advice from an old lady in a market? Especially advice that sounds harmful or, at the very least, unhelpful.
I've had 3 children, and not once has the doctor suggested such a thing. The body knows what to do, and when it's time, it will show her what to do.
