When is it the right time to step in and help my cat give birth?

My cat is on day 68 of her pregency. Is there anything I can do to help her start labour?

Honestly I’ve found even very friendly cats to be a bit aggressive while giving birth, so I just let it happen. The average time of pregnancy for a cat is about 65 days. Three days past isn’t anything to worry about AT ALL. Just set her up a closed, comfortable, hidden spot for her to have them. You don’t have to show it to her, if she decides its better than any other place, she’ll move in very quickly and have them.
