when you turn 18 you are legally an adult and can do whatever you like. I moved out of home and in with my boyfriend on my 17th birthday because , like you , I was always fighting with my mum. I found that after moving out me and my mum started to get along a lot better. Mums can seem very annoying at times and sometimes it feels like they dont understand or want to understand how you are feeling or your opinions on things. This is mainly because they want to protect you and not make the wrong decisions in life and end up getting hurt, sometimes they have a funny way of showing it but deep down your mum loves you and only wants whats best for you. Later on in life you’ll realise that. Anyway, if you have a place to move to and can support yourself theres no real reason why you cant move out now if that is what you choose to do. I hope things all work out for you.

your not going to get in trouble by moving out when your 18. The real question is would be where the hell are you going to go? At home your mother is supporting you and you don’t have to do much of anything so why would you want to give this up. Give your mother a chance and try to kiss and make up. Try your best to get her to listen to you after all she is your mother.
