When do you lose the weight you gained from PMS?

I just stopped my period today buy I still am 4 or 5 lbs. from my normal weight

I dont know, just wait for it to fade and try excercsing just excersice and when your period comes and you have those food cravings, just eat but please at least be fit and do your right excersice

To figure that out, you need to first determine the actual cause of the weight gain. Water retention and bloating will automatically ease up after your period, but if you’ve had food cravings and binged a few times during your PMS, that’s legitimate weight gain, and you need to eat a well-balanced diet and exercise to shed it.
