What are these patches of tiny bumps on my skin?

Well it sounds like what I have but if it just started to appear I don’t know. It also depends where the bumps are. Look up Keratosis Pilaris. I have the bumps on my arms, thighs. And I hate to tell ya this but if that is what it is, there’s no way to get rid of it. But you can talk to a dermatologist who can prescribe you a lotion that minimizes them. Hope that helps.

It could be an allergic reaction, or a condition. It could be a minor outbreak of acne. But most likely it’s just your hormones. Unfortunately spots are a part of growing up. Almost everyone gets them.

-Working in a damp environment with oil, grease and other chemicals. -Stress or emotional tension. -Menstrual periods. -Certain medicines and chemicals. These are all factors that could happen to make spots worse.

If you are still worried about it then go and see doctor, they may be able to give you over - the - counter facewash/cream.
