If you're talking about stomach cramps, this is one of the only things that work for me. It's probably gonna sound a little weird though. Lay flat on your back, take your wrists & find the bottoms of your ribcage & rub with circular motions with some pressure. Works for me.
A Heating Pad, warm tea, warm bath.
You could also stretch c; Stretching out your abdominal muscles can help your cramping, especially yoga stretches ;)
Taking a warm bath or laying down with a hot water bottle. You can also take something for the pain such as Ponstan.
I usually take a hot bath or shower, take some pamprin, and lay down until I fall back asleep :P
Eat bananas, or maybe a warm bath
