cold milk [weird I know]…aloe vera is really good especially if you get the plant we always used that when we were little and it works best…just break open a part of it and the gel will come out and just rub it all over the burn. hope you feel better.
Get a spray bottle and put distilled vinegar in it. Spray it where you are burnt. It really helps a lot. I’ve been told that vinegar is a natural antihistamine and that is why it provides relief.
Solar Caine helps. And Banana Boat After Sun Lotion…it’s called something like that. I effin hate getting sunburn…and I’m so pale it happens to me all the time.
Believe it or not ..if you got Noxema,that’s reallly good for sunburn. Read the bottle.

Yeah Aloe or Calamine lotion…Or a bath in Epson salt…
Aloe Vera Gel…
It soothes the burning sensation =)
