eat a REALLY REALLY hot pepper. haha it works for me
eating soup, absorbine (heavy menthol), vapor rub, etc
put your face over a pot of boiling, steaming water and a towel over your head but dont go close enough you burn your face or turn on the hot shower until your bathrooms filled with steam and sit in there for about 5-10 minutes. I used to do the bathroom trick and it worked everytime:)
have a doctor look at it and make sure it isn’t a deviated septum.
