Any cure for a Stuffed Nose?

My nose is sooo00 plugged up right now. I can barely breathe!

Any Remedies out there you know about??

I like eating frijoles rancheros lol make sure they have a good amount of chile not so much thought just enough were you can take the heat. The spicyness should slowly open your nasal. Works for me sometimes, plus your eating fiber!

Yeah vix works I think and also my grandmother said if you eat chinese food get some of their hot mustard and it should un stuff your nose, I tried it once before, I just put a little hot mustard in my mouth and it worked. Try that.

Steam may help, either heat up some water and sit over it with a towel over your head (breathe deeply) or just go take a hot bath…

Zicam nasal spray is the only thing that has ever helped me. Im not exactly sure what makes it work, but it does, and really well. You can get it at Walgreens or Rite Aid.
