There this weird thing somewhere under my cats arm and on his upper stomach area, its like white (it looks like puss) with a very very thing black outline WHat the hell is that?
You need to have a vet look at it ... not only is your description not detailed enough, none of us are qualified to diagnose your cat's affliction.
Something that doesn't sound very good by your description. I'd take him to the vet.
