What would this job be called?
Hi, I’m doing my resume right now, just need a little help. I work at this Chinese buffet restaurant and what I do is pick up delivery and pick-up phone calls and put them into the kitchen. There’s about 40 phone calls a night so it’s pretty busy. So what kind of job is that? Its not like I’m going to put “phone call picker upper”.

The ‘pick up delivery and bring food to kitchen’ you could call yourself a ‘food runner’…This position means you do not interact with customers but only bring plates and food to customers’ table and then back to the kitchen.
The ‘pick up phone calls’, you could put on your resume you are a ‘front house cashier’. … Or… to jazz up the position a bit on your CV, you could advertise yourself as a professional, well presented, customer service operator. :)
