What will happen if I dont clean my belly pierce ?

You should clean your navel piercing as often as your piercer told you to and in the way they told you to. You should avoid taking baths (take showers), swimming pools, hot tubs, swimming in lakes/ponds or pretty much submerging your piercing in any kind of liquid that may contain bacteria. Sleeping on your side probably won’t hurt anything, but you may want to not sleep on your stomach. Navel rings are one of the hardest piercings to heal even when they are taken care of properly. If you don’t treat your piercing correctly, it’s going to get infected, become very sore and the healing time will be lengthened. It takes a few seconds to get a piercing, but it takes months for them to heal and if you are too lazy to take care of your piercings, you shouldn’t get them.

To be honest, I didn’t really wash mine everyday, and thats just because I have sensitive skin. I did mine like 2 times a day for a week, (Morning and night) and then 1 time everyday after the first week. If you are to lazy to clean your piercing you shouldn’t of gottin it done. But I know if you want to keep it, then you will clean it. I hope this helps.
