What to Eat?!

I know how to stick to an exercise program and I exercise daily. but I dont know what to eat. help!!

carbs are good for energy, but bad for your body, so not to many, sodium is bad, veggies are good, fruit is good, but only 2 fruits a day. almonds and egg whites are good, eat many small meals a day every 3 hours. salads are good, dressing isnt… uhm… water… milk… soda is bad..

Eat fruits and vegetables. Don’t eat too much carbohydrates. I agree with carjon011208
