What to do when you're going to type 72 pages for 2 days? When to r

What to do when you’re going to type 72 pages for 2 days? When to rest, what to eat, what to do when your eyes are frustrated? etc etc hope you got me…

Note: I can type without Looking.

  1. What to prepare when you’re going to type a 72 pages document
  2. When & How long should I take a break? after Type two pages? three?
  3. How to avoid mistakes? Do I need ruler? Do I need to look on the document just to avoid fatigue? Because I can write w/o looking anyway.
  4. Can I listen to music? If yes then what type of music? or anything I want?
  5. Do I have to lower or turn higher my laptop brightness?

Do you have any additional tips, secrets, suggestion etc etc pls write it down here is possible

My job is to type quotation (materials Items) and sometimes it takes 1 week or more but if im lucky it’l take 2 days because all items are the same the only thing I have to change is the size.

Im like a secretary, a typist or typer.
