How to make your hair grow longer and faster?
nothing will do that no foods, no shampoos/conitioners/treatments, pills, ect cutting wont make it grow faster either hair grows from the top of your head nothing can change the rate it grows at and nothing will make your hair longer if long hair is not in your genes all you can do is take care of your hair, try to avoid too much heat and styling products, and cut off any split ends to keep it healthy but you cant make it grow any quicker or longer hair grows around 1 quarter of an inch every month
