does it makes your hair grow faster? im thinking about buying it. does it also make your hair nicer?

The company caught on and made a special adaptation for their human customers, so the pH is fine for your hair. Using the actual horse shampoo may very well damage it, but the human version is amazing. It probably won't make your hair grow a lot faster, but hair growth is prevented when the scalp is weighed by a lot of mineral build up, and Mane n' Tail cleans your hair thoroughly without drying it out.
