My best friend has been down, she’s having fights with friends and just found out her boyfriend’s got cancer and doesn’t have long to live. I’m giving her a mixed cd to cheer her up. What songs could I put on, she doesn’t like R&b that much. She likes indie/country. She likes artists like: Joe McElderry, Taylor Swift, Jordin Sparks, The noisettes, Pixie Lott, Fall out boy and my chemical romance. ANY ideas would be great…

Sad Songs or Fun Songs? Sad: With Me, Pieces, and Slipping Away by Sum 41 as well as Snuff by Slipknot (I promise it’s a soft song) and Inhale, Through Glass, and Zzyzx Road by Stone Sour. Fun: In Too Deep, Fat Lip, Motivation, Heart Attack, and Makes No Difference by Sum 41.

I know that’s almost all the same band, but I hope that helps some.
