What should my song order on my mix CD be?

I am making a mix cd of love songs for my girlfriend for Christmas. I have narrowed down the songs to the list I was looking for. Hopefully it will be a pleasant surprise :)

The songs I have are:

Is This Love-Whitesnake I’ll Be-Edwin McCain Crazy for this Girl-Evan and Jaron Waiting for a Girl Like You-Foreigner Smooth-Santana When I See You Smile-Bad English Everytime We Touch-Cascadia You’re the Inspiration-Chicago I Don’t Wanna Miss a Thing-Aerosmith If-Bread You and Me-Lifehouse Drops of Jupiter-Train Hold My Hand-Hootie and the Blowfish Lovin’, Touchin’, Squeezin’-Journey (Oh) Pretty Woman-Van Halen

and a surprise song which I will save for last regardless of the order of the other songs.

What order should I put the songs in? In addition, should I omit, include, or substitute any songs for a better flow?

Answer #1

Actually I have the slow version of Cascadia, not the dance version just in case anyone is wondering. So no dance format :)

Answer #2
