What should my goal weight be?

I am a 25 year old woman almost 26, large framed, 5’6”, and currently weigh 225. What should my goal weight be? 150? 155?

hi did you ever try bmi? body mass index.

it pretty much all depends on your shape and what you think if you are very curvy keep on 5 extra pounds you dont want 2 loose everything if you are slim and slender also keep it on it you are average/ althletic build lose a few extra..

good luck you can do it!!!

set goals weekly try for 2 lbs a week or 3 dont over do it and dont get fustrated just think next week i will try harder
