count calories.

this is calorie counting website fitday.com

there are tabs at the top like funadvice

go through them each one by one, fill in the informattion you can, your profile and the food tab are the most important.

record the ingredients you use to get a good idea of your calorie intake, and plug them in.

I lost 11 pounds in 4 weeks.

It’s not what you eat, it’s how often you eat that matters. Only eat when you’re hungry, and when you get hungry, put up with the pangs for an hour or so and they will pass as your body starts to use stored fat. Keep your vitamin uptake going though. Snack on vegetables and fruit. And if you don’t like the sound of that, take a multivitamin supplement (just follow the directions!)

Assuming you actually have some fat to burn and are overweight. If you’ve just got some puberty pudge don’t change anything, it’s normal. Just live your life.
