What should I eat to become fit?
It's more important to know how to eat more then what u should eat, meaning that u have to eat 4 to 5 times a day to maintain a good metabolisim and fast digestion. So you have to eat breakfast, lunch then have a small snack, dinner and then another small snack. try ur dinner to be early
U have to exercise to burn fat and after exercising what u will eat must be based on proteins to be able to loose fat and not muscles.
Don't cut eating anything but eat less fat things...
salads with out dressing slice of apple wrapped in a thin thin peice of cheese and a thin slice of meat
keep your carbs under 2,000 over 100 a day and gym go to the gym 3 times a week at least
or lipo if its that bad
