What should I do?? Omg!! My mom just...grrr??

Ok..well theres this boy and we have been friends for a while.. And I dont see him as anything else but a friend.. And he wrote me a message earlier saying “I was thinking about asking you or megan to prom” and I wrote “well im glad you didnt ask me, bc I dont do dances” and then he put “ well I would love to go with you” and I put “ lawlzzz well im sorry” and then later tonigt(actually right now) he just asked me to prom like flat out and I signed out of my a social site really fast and didnt answer him..and I otld my mom and I guess she got on her a social site and wrote on his status saying “kerissa, would love to go with you” and he put “really” and she said “yes” so now im going to prom…I guess=( what should I doo???

well if you want you should go. prom is different from all dances but it can be pointless. I dont do the dance things either but I did go to my prom, it was nice except for the fact I got sick off the food which killed my night

tell him you only like him as a friend to clear any feelings up its fine for friends to go to the prom together people do it all the time if you want to go and dont have anyone else to go with, go with him but tell him that your just going as friends because thats all you see him as also tell your mum to try and stay out of your buisness, because it was your decision to make but she most likley has a social networkig site to keep her eye on you and protect you
