What should I do, for it to be easier to tease?
Okayy, so I am getting my hair cut and dyed next week. My friend and I are, as most people would put it, scene. I tease my hair, so would getting layers help tease it?? And anything else I should do to it?? Im cutting my bangs, to this really cute angled style, im dying my bangs black/pink coontail, and im getting purple highlights. I have black hair right now. Suggestions would be nice(:
