What should I do about water?

I know drinking 8 glasses of water a day is recommended and its healthy. but I dont like water..iknow it sound crazy.. but I dont like it. so I dont drink it. but I need to drink it to be healthy, so what should I do? I dont have flavoring to put in it so I don’t know..

if you really must have 8 glasses a day add pop to it…

I like robinsons mixed fruit :P

Everything you drink has water in it whether it be tea, coffee even lemonade…So more than likely you would be getting eough anyway but if you want to drink the reccomended 8 glasses aswell just add some fruit juice to it… Xo:)

The only way I can think of to make it taste better would to add flavoring to it, you said you don’t have any but you could always buy some.

try herbal teas instead of water or ice teas. They aren’t as unhealthy as carbonated drinks (herbal teas in fact contain a lot of anti oxidants which are good for you.).

Also I want to point out that people who never drink water claim to not like it, but once you get used to it it isn’t nearly as bad as you eventually thought.

Only Problem with what you mentioned sexylilme is that things with caffeine like tea and coffee and soda dehydrate you just as much or more than the hydration you get from the water in them. Ever notice when you drink a lot of caffeinated stuff you have to pee a lot? guess where all that water is going :D.

But yes, its not just water you can drink. Juices - more natural the juice the better - have a fair amount of what in them and help.

Personally, if I don’t feel dehydrated I feel im getting enough water in my system. If I am getting headaches, or start to feel a bit feverish I know I am way short on water.
