I think I've come to the conclusion that I have really low estrogen levels but I don't know what to do! I have really small boobs and they're already saggy and I have no idea what to do. I can't tell my mom or anyone because we don't have that kind of relationship so I don't know how I can get to the doctor either. Are there any foods or anything I can eat to increase it or anything?
Because I looked it up online and I'm experiencing a lot of the symptoms that come with low estrogen levels such as random headaches, random night sweats, moodswings, sudden anger, low self-esteem, anxiety, nervous about things I wouldn't generally be nervous about, forgetting small things, and a lot of other ones.
How do you know this? How could you possibly know this without visiting a doctor? So what, you have small breasts, lots of girls have small breast. Its just the way you are. Just be happy with what you have
