what should girls eat to lose weight?

my ten year old sister needs to lose weight so what wood be a helthy but non fating food thats easy to by and not hard to make at home please anser fast shes going to explode or fixing to be used as a pinata for my birth day!!!

are you SURE she needs to loose weight and isnt just some silly child whos unhappy because she doesnt look like the fake photoshopped people in magazines? either way first she needs to see a doctor and get her bmi (body mass index) calculated for her height and age he/she will tell her what weight range shes in and how much she need to loose/gain if shes not in the healthy weight range she needs to see a doctor first because she may not need to loose any weight

Making fat jokes will only lower her self esteem and decrease her motivation to lose weight.

If you really want to help her, here is a small list of some foods that she can eat. baked chicken, or lean meat in general. baked potato with a light sour cream raw fruits and vegetables low fat yogurts cereal with whole grains and fiber its important for young girls to eat 3 servings of dairy a day
