What's a good and useful diet?

A few months ago I was in the best shape of my life,I won’t say my weight. But fast forward to October to this point,I feel like I’ve let myself go quite a bit. What can I do to burn some of this “fat” off,I feel like I’ve gained weight.

well I’ve never really advised a guy before, but we’re all human

few tips:

  • drink heaps and heaps of water this will 1) flush out toxins which make you hold onto fat, 2) get rid of extra water weight that your body stores because it thinks there isnt enough water
  • eat a really big breakfast, followed by a good lunch, then a light dinner with small snacks between –> fibre is awesome for transporting fat outta the body so if you have what I have (All Bran with a splash of light milk and splenda) you will get double the fibre than what’s in most other ‘high fibre’ cereals like sultana bran etc
  • snack on fruit, veg and protein… fruit and veg have negative calories, and the body loves to burn up calories in protein, also it will build muscle which will burn even more fat
  • switch to only brown stuff, and try to eat rice as a staple more so than bread and pasta. lower cal, and the wholegrain burns faster and has longer lasting energy with a greater satiety value
  • excersice 4 times a week bit of cardio is good, best to do a light jog with a random sprint at the end so that your body goes into predator Vs prey mode, where it thinks it has to be thin and fast in order to survive.
  • getting lotsa sleep helps fight urges for junkfood

Eats lots of stuff with fiber drink green tea, and water. if you dont like plain water add flavor packets. and exercise. yeah thats how I do it [: tofu and soy is really good try those. (im a vegatarian)

do more exercise than you would normally do, like jogging or biking, anything really
