-And dont tell me anything about eating more, cause I learned that the weight you gain doesnt go where you want it to go. . it goes where it feels like going. I have tiny hips and thighs but my butt isnt sooo small, but everytime I put skinny jeans on, my butts shape fades away. .]: And I dont feel good about myself. Cause all these girls around me, have fine shapess and I dont. . . ugh help??
Personally I like big but on fit girls but thats just me :P
So I learned if you want a tight bum you omust do leg UPS!!!
Go on your hands and knees. Then lift either your left or rite leg as far up toward your head. try not to bend your knee ( this isn't possible, to not bend your knee at all ) and yea :) do that till you can't on eat leg, and before you'll know it, youll have a tight butt :)

Also you wont see results the first time... many people think that if you do something once they'll get results but this is not true. Keep at it and you will get the butt you want.

This really works. It even applies as a mantra while you're doing it.
Run your a$$ off.
You don't really have to like sprint and kill yourself. just start out walking and gradually speed up until you can't comfortably continue. Rest and do it again tomorrow. And if you repeat the phrase ''runnin my a55 off'' with the rhythm of your steps, like a mantra in your mind, it will help you focus on your goals and make it more effective. Your mind will help you instead of holding you back. Look it up. Mantras are powerful tools.
If you want to get in shape and stay like that working out has to become an everyday team. If you have the chance join a sports team.

-burpess which are preety painful hahaha
-Squats really good for lag areas
