well when I get bored at home, I don't know what to do. but I'm thinking instead of like lying round and stuff to tone up. so what would be the best way to tone up at home? thanks.
same here ! (: im so sick of just sitting around when I could be doing something useful( like toning up ) with my time . deff do sit ups and lunges and maybe some push ups there are a lot of websites with workout ideas tooo!
Well it all depends on what you want to tone up... like if you want to tone up your stomach then do about 50 sit ups a day... it definatly works x
I do some sit ups, but they proper kill my belly and I do push ups. I do my workout dvd's also x
cardio and a good diet
