What is the difference between positive and negative feedback in hormone regulation?

Answer #1

negative feedback is when a hormone acts back on the brain to stop further secretion. In this way a hormone can regulate its own release from the brain. It does this in addition to its activity on the target tissue. Positive feedback doesnt happen as often, but its when the presence of a hormones causes the brain to release more of it.
