What is the constant headache/throbbing in the front of my head?

For the last 4 days I have had a headache and throbbing feeling in my forehead. I take ibprofen and its fine 20 minutes later but after it wears off it goes back to the same feeling. The first night it happend I woke up in the middle of the night like I do every night I go to sleep and thats when the throbbing hurt and it gradually got worst when I picked my head up the first time. it does not hurt now when I lift my head up but, is this a migraine? I’ve never actually had one. But im sure that if it is one the pain should not be continuing on like this. I have not felt stressed at all lately either..please advice would be greatly appreciated !
