What is the best way of getting rid of spots and blackheads?

I have a few spots but loads of black heads I was my face every morning and night and I squeze them and I dont really like wearing foundation to cover them up.I have tried clean and clear spot stuff but I doent work and my skin gets really dry and I have tried freederm and that is getting rid of some spots but not the black heads and makes my skin dry. Have you got any treatments what are not really expensive.

get a bowl of boiling water and put your face over it with a towel on your head. this opens your pores. do this for about 10 mins then wash your face with freezing water. this will stop bacteria getting into the spots. do this every night

I had EXACTLY the same problem lol… I have spent over £200 last year on spot stuff to get rid of them, even that proactive crap off tele (which dont work) and I even went to The Harley Medical Group to have my skin lasered but it cost nearly £700 and when you have a daughter thats not really the sort of money you can throw away so I tried clearasil advantage kit and it works a treat haha… I wash at night with it and put the cream nearly all over my face and then in the morning I wash with just plain warm water Dont use hot water to wash your face as it’l just cause your spots to spread… well I hope that helps :)

the best way is to first get some foaming facial wash for acne and scrub it on then rinse. I wud suggest clean and clear brand for the next as well as the first thing I said, then buy some acne and blackhead treatmen. a day after you use it, get a nail filer or something like that, wash iyt, then place it just under where the blackhead is then work it up to the blackhead. your pretty much squesing it out, some puss or liquid shud come out just try to get all of it out. then after your doone scrub your face then put a little alhcohal on it(I mean the medical kind that you put on cuts not the drink) TRUST ME this will work!

Here is a home remedy to try, mix a paste using oatmeal, milk, and honey, apply it to your face like a facial (eat the rest as it is really good and good for you) and relax for a while, then rinse with warm water. The problem with using soap is that it can often clog your pores, refrain from squeezing them for a while as the bacteria will spread and cause more, use a product like Noxema or Nivea to wash your face with, then dry, and apply a moisturizer. Your local cosmetician or pharmacist may be able to assist you further, if the problem persist or becomes really bad consult a dermatologist. Good luck.
