First go to wal-mart and get a cleanser after a week if you see no change you may need to updrade to something better.

I wouldn’t recommand Proactive at all. Once you stop,you get a major break out. And it makes things even more worst!
make sure your skin is clean and not greasy. try different cleansers. also buy different spot cream products until you find one that works. if this doesnt help see a nurse or doctor and they can pescribe you with some cream.
