What is the best animal for a teenager?
When I’m a teenager I am allowed to get a pet , and I don’t know what type of pet I should get.
Get a pet that fits YOUR schedule. If you are very busy with school, sports, extra cirricular activities, then stick to a hamster, or guinea pig. Dogs are very time consuming, for the biggest part of their lives. It isn’t a matter of being a teenager, it’s a matter of how busy a person you are…how much spare time you have.

If you have loads of time on your hands I would say get a dog but if you would be too busy for walks and all that I would suggest a goldfish or maybe a hamster… Xo:)
a pet takes a lot of responsibility you have to feed it walk it, provide sheleter and give it luv if you have a lot of time for a pet I think a dog is the one dogs are just, special :)
Lots of people love dogs , but if this is your first pet it might be better to start off with a cat . fish are OK but sometimes they die quite quickly and its hard to get close to them. :)
Give us some more information about your life and schedule. The pet you should get, depends on the time you have to take care of it (and that does not only include food, but walks for dogs, attention for cats etc etc.)
