What is a healthy weight for an 5'4 1/2 14 year old girl?

I dont know whats a healthy weight im on a diet its going good but but I wanna be smaller but not to small I dont wanna look like a stick lolz so whats a healthy weight ?? Thanks :]

Try reading there to get some ideas…though talking to a doctor first, to ensure you’re in need of losing weight, etc, would be a great first step.

yeah check you bmi, I checked it out for you and you are health weight for gender/age/height if you between 100-130 lbs. note that you could be at 92-136lbs range and still be at a healthy bmi but you never really want to be on the low end or the high, this will give you some room in case you gain some weight so I say shoot for about 125 not so low that you’ll look too skinny and not so high that if you gain weight youll be at a unhealthy weight (10lbs of room). check you bmi here (http://kidshealth.org/teen/nutrition/weight/bmi.html)

somewhere between 13 and 115 depending on how far along puberty has gotten:) you seem very level headed about it:) It always makes me sad to hear girls freaking out about weight and wanting to be stick thin. as a guy I much prefer your attitude:) Your a smart girl and don’t let any one change that:) Best of luck and thank you:) it’s good to hear some people aren’t taking weight loss to extremes:)

here’s a great site to check how your doing:) it’s a BMI (body mass index) calculator. aim for like 22 of so:) anything between 18 and 25 is considered a healthy weight but I used to be at 18 and trust me it does not feel healthy. you could count my ribs.
